Thoughts from the Road - #1130

Running Away From Home

When rushing to get out to run, don't forget your gum.

I love the feel of my calves being splashed with the thin layer of water that I kick up from the road.

Soaring red tail hawks lift my heart.

A grey fox killed by traffic and lying dead along Rock Rd. breaks my heart.

When you run in the cold rain no one can tell if you are crying or not.
